Twisted Fork Honey
Citrus Vinaigrette
- 1 lemon zested and juiced
- 1 lime zested and juiced
- 1/4 cup clover honey
- 1/2 cup champagne vinegar
- 1 finely chopped bunch basil
- 1 finely chopped bunch mint
Buzz these ingredients until well blended with a hand braun
Gradually add 1 1/2cups vegetable oil while blending to make
a homogenous vinaigrette
Add salt and pepper to taste
Reserve on the fridge for up to 10 days! |
Twisted Fork Roast Tomato Vinaigrette
- 3/4 cup roast tomato
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp dry oregano
- 1/2 cup champagne vinegar
Blend with hand braun then while blending gradually add 1
1/2cups vegetable oil
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Works great as a marinade too!
